2 HOUR GAME CLOCK......
With the start of the 2024/2025 curling season, we will be implementing a 2-hour game clock limit to keep late games starting on time!!!!!
The rules are simple and will apply to both early and late draws to keep all games fair.
Teams will not be allowed to start a new end after 8:45PM for early games and 10:45PM for late games.
Skips are encouraged to watch the clock and communicate with each other. If you are finishing an end, regardless of what end it is, and can't start the next end before 8:45PM/10:45PM, the game is over.
Time limit rules apply even if you start your game late, teams must be prepared to start on time!!!
For games ending in a tie, a draw to the button by any member of teams will decide winner.
ON THE ICE....
Please ensure your footwear is cleaned before entering the ice and grippers are in good condition!!!
Hands and knees make dents in the ice!!! Please be mindful of this when delivering rocks. Many hours are spent filling in knee holes and handprints from players staying down on the ice too long.
We ask that we all continue to practice proper social distancing.
(It is important to be on time, be respectful of the rules and of others.)
